As part of our service commitment, customers must submit correct billing and contact information. We can review or cancel a transaction that is unauthorized or presents significant fraud risk, while tax is charged only as required by applicable law.

For an informed purchase, refunds that receive approval go back to the original form of payment; the financial institution generally completes posting in 5-10 business days.
