As part of our service commitment, using the storefront or submitting an order constitutes agreement to these Terms and the linked Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages. Customers must provide accurate order, billing, delivery, and contact information and may use the site only lawfully.
For transparent service, the available market is the United States, where every order has free standard delivery and tracking. Fulfillment preparation takes 1-2 business days and estimated carrier movement takes 4-6 business days after shipment; timing may vary.
Under this customer standard, for 30 days following delivery, customers can seek a no-reason return or exchange. The merchant pays authorized return transportation for those requests and for quality problems, and an issued refund usually appears in 5-10 business days. Personalized merchandise, Final Sale or clearance purchases, gift cards, and opened intimate/hygiene-sensitive goods are not preference-returnable, but defect, damage, mis-shipment, and shortage protections remain.
For a straightforward customer experience, orders remain cancellable until shipment and then become subject to the Refund Policy. USD is the transaction currency, applicable tax law determines charges, and we reserve the right to stop fraudulent, illegal, unauthorized, or materially erroneous orders.
