To make the process transparent, delivery service is limited to addresses in the United States. Every U.S. order receives free standard shipping, and tracking details are supplied after dispatch.
For easy reference, the processing window is 1-2 business days and does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays. Estimated carrier delivery then requires another 4-6 business days from dispatch.
As a practical matter, we communicate dispatch and tracking through the checkout contact record. Please verify every address field before ordering and contact support at once about an error, since changes may not be possible after processing starts.
As the applicable store rule, weather, carrier interruptions, peak-volume conditions, address problems, or other events outside reasonable control can extend an estimate.
